Refunds & Exchanges

Please choose carefully before placing an order. Michael Potter Studio cannot offer refunds or exchanges due to a change of mind or wrong selection. Every order is printed on demand so we do not hold stock for returns or exchanges. Michael Potter Studio cannot offer refunds or replacement of goods that are damaged through misuse or improper handling after delivery.

Damages & Replacements

In the unlikely event that you receive a product that you consider to be faulty or damaged you must notify Michael Potter Studio in writing and provide evidence of the damage within twenty-four hours of receipt. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible. Any failure to notify Michael Potter Studio within the timeframe specified shall be deemed acceptance by you that the relevant product is free from any damage.

In order to be fully eligible for a replacement order,  please contact Michael Potter Studio with the request and reason for a replacement via email to info@michaelpotterstudio.com within 24 hours of delivery. You will need to include order number from the original in the confirmation email you received.

You may be requested to return the product in the condition delivered within 7 days from the day you received your parcel. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please return the product with original invoice received identifying the order. The item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
